Description

ACLS Instrcutor Course

Monday, December 3 (08:30-17:00) & Tuesday, December 4,  2018 (08:30-12:00)

This 1 & 1/2 day course is intended for physicians, nurses, and allied health care workers who have never previously attended an ACLS course, or for those who have completed a course but wish extra practice.

Civic Campus, 1053 Carling Avenue, E-Main, DEM Conference (Coughlin Room) #DM-197 and DEM Teaching Rooms

Prerequisites

  1. Must be a health care provider whose daily occupation demands use and proficiency in the knowledge and skills of ACLS.

  2. Must have an active HSFC BLS card (with last year) and ACLS Provider card (within last 2 years).

Cancellation

Prior to November 19, 2018- full refund (less $100.00 admin fee), on or after November 19, 2018– no refund unless an alternate person can be found.

The Department of Emergency Medicine maintains the right to cancel this course at any time without penalty. A full refund will be given if this occurs.

IMPORTANT:Before you register please ensure that you have or will have a BLS course within the last year and that it is registered on the HSFC resuscitation portal.
